This early 20th century urban building located in Clinton SC, originally featured street level commercial spaces and office space above. Teaming with Homes of Hope, an affordable housing developer, Preservation South, an historic preservation consultant, Southerland Construction Inc, Group 1.6 design restoration of the level commercial spaces and the adaptive reuse of the upper level offices as affordable housing. The project was partially funded with affordable housing funds and historic preservation credits.
